Visiting the Cockshut Restoration Project

The site is open to the public every day. It is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) for wildlife so visitors are advised to read the guidance below.

·         There are no facilities on site.

·         Visitors must keep to the designated footpaths.

·         Footpaths are not surfaced, can be muddy, and may not always be accessible.

·         Dogs must be kept on leads and out of the water. We ask that owners of even the most obedient dogs respect this in the interest of other walkers, protected wildlife species and water quality.

·         Please ensure no rubbish or litter is left on site.
